"Washday Supper" - Granny's porkchop stew.

8 or 10 nice boneless porkchops
a li'l flour
2 tbsp EVOO
Salt
Pepper
Thyme
3 cups beef bouillon
4 big taters
handfull o' baby carrots
1/2 an onion.

Big pot, make the bouillon and get it simmering.
1/2" cube taters, cut carrots, chop onion big chunks - dump in pot.
Moisten chops and season with S&P&Thyme - dredge in flour and quick sear both sides in pan w/olive oil.
Dump chops in big pot.
Simmer 1/2 hour - 40 mins 'til done.

Not much green there, serve with salad. I need to go to calorieking and get the info. It's light - I log it as boneless chop + taters. Good stuff.
