Some days it's so hard!

I don't want to say I get discouraged but some days it's so hard. I know everyone goes thru it. I've lost 65 lbs and still have 30 - 35 lbs left to lose. The hardest part for me is not eating the way I used. It's still a struggle for me, everyday. The worst part is that I can still eat the way I used to. I don't, but I'm still able to. I could still eat a whole pizza or plate after plate from a chinese buffet. I have to make myself stop cause I don't wanna be the way I used to. I didn't have weight loss surgery so I don't have a smaller stomach to keep me from eating as much. I personally don't know alot about weight loss surgery, so if it's not that easy to not eat alot, then I am so so sorry if I offended you. Some days I wish it would make me sick to eat alot so maybe it would be easier for me to not eat that way.

Anyone have any advice?

    perhaps it's a bit like smoking - there will be triggers and in the back of your mind you always want one. you just have to resolve and commit to staying away.

    it's a choice and you can choose.
