looking for people that are watching carbs and sugar

Hi, I am new to the Fitness Pal and to the message boards. I am trying to cut back on carbs and sugars. I have fibromyalgia and I am hoping by doing this I will feel some better and also loose some weight. So, if there is anyone out that that have any advice on what to eat for breakfast besides eggs & bacon. I get tired of them. I made some gluten free pancakes this morn which were pretty tasty.
