    I was in the same boat, i did exercise for a full week and hour a day, and got on the scales and nothing!, the day after i had lost 2lbs! So dont give up!

    saying that i have had a bad weekend celebrating birthdays, with loads of food and alcohol flowing! the 2lbs went back on :( but im back on track today :D

    - Get a food scale and weigh everything that you cook or put in your mouth. You will be surprised at how we tend to over estimate the amount we are eating.
    - More water

    Track EVERYTHING. Literally every little bite.
