I was in the same boat, i did exercise for a full week and hour a day, and got on the scales and nothing!, the day after i had lost 2lbs! So dont give up!
saying that i have had a bad weekend celebrating birthdays, with loads of food and alcohol flowing! the 2lbs went back on but im back on track today0 -
