Sigma Onyx Won't Count Calories. Help!

I just purchased a Sigma Onyx Balance and it shows my heart rate perfectly, the problem is it won't show how many calories I burned. The calorie counter stays at 0 all through the workout no matter how high or low my heart rate goes.

Has anyone had this problem before and solved it?
