Jogging, biking, and weights.

Feel free to add me if you need help with motivation and encouragement towards reaching your goal (and vice versa). I just had a baby 2 months ago. I have been working out everyday for the past month. I have worked my way up to 2 km a day. I also lift weights (10lbs, and 20lbs), and bike. I do this combo daily. I feel great after each and every workout.

My goal is to be healthy enough to join the Canadian Forces next year. I need better running times, and I should be fine. Got to whip my lungs into shape.
