Ok and another question do I need to eat all my calories, I have my calories set to loose 2 lbs a week but I always try to stay a couple hundred under...is that ok?

    why would you want to eat less? if your goal was a couple of hundred lower, it would be set at a couple of hundred lower... eat the calories.

    a healthy lifestyle isnt starving yourself...
