Hi I am 5ft4 and 268 pound. I have lost some but still have a long way to go,I am hoping to see some before and after pics of women who are 5ft4 and lost weight to get an idea and some motivation.Thanks heaps :)

    Look at my profile pics.

    Start weight about 152.

    Highest was 155-160, not sure. I didn't step on a scale for almost two years.
