How often do you adjust your calorie intake?

Having lost around 10lbs since I started with MFP, and having read that as you lose weight you need to adjust your calorie intake, I assumed that clever old MFP would automatically adjust my calorie intake for me. However it has remained the same from my original 172lbs to my current 161lbs, at 1200 calories daily.
Can anyone give me any pointers on this?

There are others a bit more on to it than myself. But I'm pretty sure that it won't go below 1200 calories. Hope that helps a little :-)0

I would not adjust to lower than 1200. With that being a deficit already and assuming you are exercising, 1200 should get the job done for you. Just my 2 cents...0

Agreed the 1200 is the lowest MFP will go, however MFP has asked me at 10 pounds lost if i wanted to adjust it. I clicked no and it asked me if i wanted MFP to ask me again in another 10 pounds!
Maybe check your settings?0
