Hi everyone,
Well I have been large all my life. My parents believe in feeding you well, and making sure you didn't leave the table hungry. Of course when I was a child there was not so much talk of nutrition and weight loss like there is today. I was at one point 318 lbs. That was around 2006. It was then I decided to make a change. However, it's not been going as well as planned. I did go down to 272 lbs and was trying to get to at least 220 lbs, even 200 lbs. Then last Christmas I expected to gain some weight, but losing my Mother in January 2012 didn't help any either. It feels like ever since then I've not been able to get back on track, but I am trying.
I use to use a program called Fit Day. It was good and I created a fairly large data base of foods in it. I just got tired of having to log food in if I went away for a couple of days. I come across the application fro my Android phone for MFP and downloaded it. Then I started using the site. So far I really like the synching and it saves a lot of time. Now if I am at a restaurant I can log my food and not have to worry about doing it when I get home.
