I do and it is about to drive me nuts!!!!!!!! :grumble:

I can't stand being called the director of a program only to have all my decisions over turned. I have worked in this position before (summer camp) and not had this problem. It's just that I have a new boss this summer) But I mean really!!! I have worked this program for almost 10 summers, 3 of which I've directed. If I make a decision it's based on alot of experience!!! Don't overturn it without talking to me!!!

Anyone else feel my pain?

I am just beyond annoyed today!!!!!!!

At where I work at we have like 15 managers...all we really need is 5 at most.

Seems we have managers who are just managers of other managers....just to be a manager. 0.o
