    You must remember that this is a lifestyle change. Life is not perfect. Things happen and they are not always ideal situations...You also need to keep in mind a healthy diet that will not leave you getting too hungry. Eat the good fats( things like nuts) high protien, and lots of fresh ingredients. Every day is a new day and just because you had a bad day yesterday does not mean you failed. You can do it!
