I enjoyed it for the days that I actually did it. At first, it was difficult. I had to take small breaks here and there. After about a week it became a lot easier and smooth. Each level is a bit harder. Personally, I think the 2nd level is the hardest and 3rd level tends to be the favorite. The moves are simple, but effective. If you stick with the full 30 days, you'll see results. It's a great full body workout for 20 min. I'd recommend it.0

I'm on day 20 of the 30DS. I love the video. I think its especially a great starter video because they are only 20 minutes long. Who doesn't have twenty minutes in their day. The workout is really effective and you definitely see results.0
