Anxiety at work

I have a high stress job and don't want to take my stresses out on food. Does anyone have any tips as to how they deal with stress/anxiety and not turn to brownies, cake, or ice cream?

    Personally I have turned to meditation - try searching on Vipassana meditation and/or Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

    Just be aware that meditation takes practice, so treat it like you would physical exercise and start slow and work your way up from there.

    Other than meditation I turn to exercise - for me cardio does it best (indoor cycling, long distance walking, running)
