Motivating exercise regime suggestions?

I am around halfway through 30 day shred, and usually I cannot motivate myself to exercise whatsoever. However, I have completed every day so far bar 2 due to a knee injury and I think this is because it feels like a challenge which makes me feel competitive, plus there's a time frame which spurs me on as I keep thinking 'It's only 30 days - I can do this!'

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do when I finish shred to keep me motivated to exercise? Any suggestions welcome! :smile:
