Sugar Addict

Good Morning Everyone:

I am totally addicted to sugar. I start out in the morning doing great the towards the evening the sugar craving kicks in I can't satisfy myself with just carrots, I get headaches when I cut out sugar all together. I have tried freezer pops but I eat about 10 of them in a row. I exercise that is how I am maintaining but I just cant seem to lose the last 30 lbs. I am 56 and just dont seem to have the will power to remove sweets from my diet. Please advise

I can't (don't want to) either. I just try to cut down on them and work them in to my daily calories. I think if you try to tell yourself you can't have something it makes you want it more. I don't track my sugar intake on here (because I have no medical reason to) but I'm sure it's still pretty high. I do eat a lot less than I used to, and I don't have as many cravings as I am getting used to eating less.
