You've done such a wonderful thing for your body and self, simply amazing. You have got to be so very proud of this accomplishment. If you can do this, you can do absolutely anything.

    Well thankfully the loose skin is minimal. I'm 30 years old, and I think what helped out was that I incorporated weight training along with the cardio. So it helped tighten things up a bit.

    You've done an amazing job!!! Congrats :) I completely understand about not having any "before" photos... I wanted to throw all of mine out but my family wouldn't let me... so I have a few but I still want to burn them lol! Great job again! It's obvious that you didn't *just* lose weight but that you also exercised and built up your muscles at the same time... that's a lot of work!
