which calories are good calories?

I've only just started (day 2, woo!) but I keep seeing people talking about this site helping them to start replacing their 'bad calories' with 'good ones' instead, but i was wondering what those were. I have my food points split into calories, carbs, fat, protein, fiber, and sugar, but to diet well, which of those should I be looking to reduce??

Just been getting a bit confused with what people have been posting, would be brilliant if anyone could help out!!
