Hello myfitnesspal community first i would like to say thank you for your last post answers I have given up the 4 hour body in favor of cal counting and have lost 9 pounds . Well yesterday was my dads birthday... And i left my iphone at home. (im sure you know where this is going) we went to cheesecake factory and one thing led to another and.... Im over 1,550 cals xD gaaah! So what should I do to fix this deficeit. Should I not eat today? Or stick with my standard amount? Thanks in advance. -Tyler

work out a little extra if you want, but don;t kill yourself. 1,500 cals isn;t that much in the big picture, it is only 5% of what you've lost so far. It all averages out in the long run.
Yesterday I calculated my loss to date equaled 200,000 cals, why stress of a few 100 here and there. just don;t make a habit of it.0 -
Our weight loss goals aren't destroyed in a day.
We can ALL enjoy a day here and there for celebrations and such. If we can keep our celebrating in line with calories, terrific! If not, it's cool.0
