logging 30 day shred

I am wondering how to log the 30 day shred... I am also doing Biggest Loser Calorie Knockout... Any help would be appreciated...:wink:

    I log it as Circuit Training.

    No, actually I hadnt heard of getting a heart monitor but thanks for letting me know...

    Is the circuit training calories right for 20 minutes of Level 1?

    Its approx 24 including the warm up, excluding the cool down.
