logging 30 day shred

I am wondering how to log the 30 day shred... I am also doing Biggest Loser Calorie Knockout... Any help would be appreciated...

Is the circuit training calories right for 20 minutes of Level 1?0 -
Its approx 24 including the warm up, excluding the cool down.0
