I'm having some trouble keeping my carbs under 100 per day. Anyone have idea's on foods with low or no carbs that i can eat, that will fill me up??? HELP!!!!

fats and protein...peanut butter, lean meats, low sugar protein shakes0

Green veggies and lean protein.
Try having eggs for breakfast, salad with chicken or tuna for lunch, and lean protein with a heaping side of veggies for dinner. Add a couple of whole food snacks in there, and I bet you'll be pretty full.0
