DXA scan shows excellent bone density and no VAT

I'm super happy that my DXA scan shows I have the bone density of an above average 30 year old (I am 51.5 yrs old), I have .06 VAT, and I've happily lived well under athletic BF (way into "underfat") for a year now. This after spending most of my life in the Overfat and Obese categories.

And yes the pictures here are really me and yes I still look like that for a year now! :)

I am a super happy healthy woman.

VAT = Visceral Adipose Tissue.
