Working out too much, is there such a thing?

I have been training daily for the past 42 days. I started with spending an average of 300 calories and now I spend about 650 calories on average--an hour and fifteen minutes. Is this too much? Do you think I should take a day off every week? I felt it yesterday--forced myself to work out, but was really low energy. Any thoughts?

There is certainly such a thing. I would at least take a day or two off a week minimum. The body needs time to repair.0

you just have to figure out whats right for you. what works for one person may or may not work for another person0
