Hi all...I am looking for some suggestions for low-cal snacks that I can store in my desk at work. Any help you could provide would be appreciated!
Thanks!

    Crispy Minis
    Raisins
    Crispers
    Fat Free Popcorn
    Pudding
    Craisins
    Almonds (In moderation).

If you have a craving for sweet, I usually will just get a glass of water with a squirt of Mio in it or yogurt covered raisins.

    Fiber One Bar: ~150 cal
High fiber so you stay satisfied longer. Con: Eating more than one may cause side effects your coworkers won't like.

    Balance Bar: ~200 cal.
Lots of vitamins, and lots of protein so you stay full longer. Also great for a pre-workout snack. Con: 7g of fat.

    Almonds: ~160 cal./oz
High in good fats and decent protein. Con: high in fat.

    Non-Fat Greek Yogurt: ~130 cal
No Fat! Decent protien and tastes great with fruit. Con: Is high in sugar.
