:drinker: I can't stand any kinds of breakfast foods. Come to think of it ever since I started trying to lose weight Ican't even eat cereal and befor I could force it down. Also I haven't been able to eat eggs since my last child not sure why. So now I drink coffee all morning.

You don't have to eat 'breakfast foods' for breakfast. You can eat whatever you like (within the bounds of your calories and healthy eating). Left overs from last night's dinner? A sandwich? Anything really, you don't have to have cereal or eggs...be creative. A good breakfast is important to get your metabolism going at the beginning of the day and you shouldn't skip it.
Good luck

Until I ran out of them, I eat a ham & cheese hot pocket for breakfast0

i agree, u have to eat food in the morning not just coffee. doesn't have to be "breakfast food".
try sandwiches, or wraps in the morning. croissants with ham n cheese? not sure if thats healthy tho. lol0 -
There is no rule that says you have to eat breakfast foods for breakfast. Have a PBJ sandwhich. I have a friend who eats chicken and rice for breakfast.....
However, you REALLY NEED to eat breakfast. I can't even begin to tell you how much evidence is out there supporting the importance of breakfast in losing weight and in maintaining a healthy weight.
Me personally, I prefer eating breakfast for dinner0 -
I love PB&J sandwiches for breakfast. I use whole wheat raisin bread, naturally more peanut butter with flax, and naturally sweetened marmalade. Delish!0

I had the an issue with eggs with my first baby, I think it's a whole womb issue
Anyway, who says you have to eat "breakfast" foods for breakfast? The vast majority of "breakfast" foods add little to our day other than carbs and fiber. You can eat whatever you want for breakfast.
I have a hard time choking food down in the mornings sometimes too, my best breakfast is an apple with peanut butter! I like fruit and nuts at breakfast time, easier for me to eat than clumpy oatmeal or cold cereal. Besides that, I have horrible allergies during the summers and my doctor gave me a no milk order and not only did it help but it made me look at other alternatives.
Eat what you want! It will make breakfast easier and more enjoyable vs. feeling like a kid forced to eat brussel sprouts :laugh:0
