Hello Everyone,
I joined not too long ago. This is it for me. I've been trying to loose weight for sometime but always seem to fall off the bandwagon, I'm giving it one more shot, so far so good. I gone over my protein limit 2x, is that ok?, i think it's the carbs that i should watch carefully. Thanks in advance for any input.

Hello JudyPai, great lets see if we can make this the last in failing that is. That's definitely a good idea also calories, sugar, fat content from said calories is huge. No problem. Good Luck.0

I am the same as you... I worry more about total calories & carbs... not so much on protein. Proteins are not what got me into trouble -- it's the carbs & portion control.:happy:

I wish going over my protein was my problem! for some reason I keep going over my sugar and sodium (you would not believe all the things that have sodium- even plain chicken breasts!)
