    You should be extremly proud of yourself...My starting weight was 304.8 and in one month I lost 10 pounds...Beginning my second month today. I too am starting the exercise very slowly...due to your story I feel more inspired to continue this journey...I am 52 and only 5'3 and have five daughters that each have families of their own now. Three of them are on MFP and losing and regaining control of their lives...Thank you for sharing your story...wish there was a way I could share it for my girls to see and my BFF as well...have a great day:bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :flowerforyou:
