How to log Walk Away The Pounds with Fit Cuff & Walk Belt?

I walked 1 mile and then did the Fit Cuff exercises on Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds DVD this morning. How do I log this? Its more than just walking, it also has some aerobics plus the resistance band strengthening so would this be called circuit training?

No way of knowing, I'd just get a good HRM if you want to accurately log exercise.0

I've never used the fit cuff & walk belt, but I log her videos as aerobics low impact unless I boost them up (jogging instead of walking) and then I log them as general. The low impact has the same calorie burn as a 4mph walk. It's all a guesstimate though as I do not have an hrm. But it seems to work for me.0

Thank you. I did not have a HRM. Need to look into getting one I guess0
