I just don't want to do it.

I should go out and run but I kinda don't want to.

I really need motivation to get out there and do it!

    Go, girl, go!

I always tell myself that I have to do just one mile and usually that ends up being more.

Of course, I don't always listen to myself.

Just go out and tell yourself only a mile----then watch what happens. Be thankful you have the option of running. Many people would kill for that option.

    Enjoy

    Tell yourself this:

I will just go ahead and find my shoes.
I will just go ahead and put on my socks.
Fine, I'll just go ahead and lace up my shoes.
Walk to the front door and open it.
    Step outside.
Run to the end of the first block.
    Feel good?
Run to the end of the next block.
    Feeling better?
    Keep running.

Just go outside. You don't have to run. Just walk. Enjoy the weather and moving your body. Every little bit counts!

Give yourself a short goal, like maybe 5 minutes of walking and 20 minutes of jogging. Toss in some headphones with some rockin' music and you'll be done in no time!!

So go out and take a leisurely walk. Then, when your runner's mind gets bored of moving so slowly, start running.

When I feel like this I get started in automatic pilot.

If you think about it too much you'll find reasons not to go.

Don't think! put your shoes on and go!

Sometimes when I dont feel like exercising, a jolt of caffeine motivates me.

Just go, you know you'll feel better afterwards.

If you dont, you'll feel even worse. You know how it goes.
