Hello New Here

On going....that's how I live with this process....

I was on the weight loss trail, then toe surgery and a new sit down job at a bank, brought 10 pounds flying back. Ouch!

Motivation is the stickler, well maybe not even motivation, energy?

Morning used to be my time, get up, get the exercise in for the day.....cause at day end (3 jobs)........putting my feet up, is my first thought.

I have to get back to the morning routine, its a hit and miss right now..........I need it to be a hit!

Encouragement, advice..........does walking work just as good as walking?.........hard to get back in the jogging/running gig with bum toe........but it is getting better.
