Hi there! Rhine is my nickname, so I generally always go by it. I'm 23 turning 24, 5'1 and 127 pounds.
I've always been kind of in the middle, not really fat but not thin either. Then last semester of college I most voraciously gained 20 pounds during finals. I curse Jack in the Box for having such delicious instant food 24 hours a day! haha. Well with a little exercise, I was able to get down to 127 pounds, but I've been stuck at it for 2 years now.
The main problem I've had with this, I think, is my diet. I try to diet, and it works for maybe a week or two, but then I have days where nothing I eat fills me up, and so I keep eating and eating.
Another problem I have is with consistency, which, I guess kinda ties in to the diet problems. Inconsistency with meal planning, with eating, and with exercising.
I've found that a good pep talk really goes along way, and so I thought I'd try this out and maybe have some support and other people's personal tips and tricks with their weight loss journey.
I'd really like to know if anyone has any tasty yet healthy recipes they've made since, I think, in addition to inconsistecy I sort of feel limited in what I can make (other than a sandwich, made tons of those, haha)
Pleased to meet new people always![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
