I need a quick workout..

Most days I literally only have about 20 minutes to spare. My husband and I usually walk our girls in the evening, but he's been working late a lot so I thought I would try to find a workout I could do at home that wouldn't take too long. My girls are almost 2, so I can't leave them out of sight for too long. Anything not too terribly intense, as I need to get back in the workout habit. I did about a month's worth of P90X a couple of years ago and thought I would die. I know it works but my heart just wasn't in that.

So, anything fun I could do in about 20 minutes? If there's dancing involved that's a bonus because my girls love to dance and it would keep them entertained for a bit too :) Thanks y'all!

    How about 10 minute trainer, you can stack them and get 20 minute workouts if you can fit them in. its not as intense as P90X and it will work !
