Food Addition...Advice Pls

What is your weakness...the food the gets you every single time? Mine is fries. No matter how motivated I am to lose weight and how hard I am trying to eat healthy, the food that gets me every single time is french fries. I do not buy or order fries myself anymore, but if I get some for my daughter or for someone else, I can not help but indulging in a few (or more than few). I always end up eating so much! I guess I can say I have an addiction to fries. For those who have a food addition, how did you get pass that addiction? What did you do? Please share because I desperately need some tips and advice to lose my addiction to fries!

    I LOVE sweets, cakes especially. When someone put a cake in front of me, I usually just cut a small thin slice and eat it slowly. To keep myself from eating more I feel the rolls around my body and that always stop me from getting more.

    =) I can't really offer anymore help than just willpower. I look at myself in the mirror daily and that usual curve any bad cravings I have.

    If you like fries, looking into healthier alternatives. Make them plainly at home. Have a little so you don't indulge too. Or, simply, just don't have any.
