A friend gave me a Belly Burner. It's a band you put around your belly that makes you sweat & lose inches. She says it's working for her so she bought me one. Sounds too good to be true. Aren't you just losing water weight?

    Yep. And when you drink it back, you get the water back.

    That's what I was thought. I didn't understand how you don't gain it back. It's not healthy to sweat & not drink water to replenish.
