    Getting ready to sit down with a full-fat can of coconut milk (600 calories; 55g fat; 50g saturated fat) with a scoop of whey protein (no flavors or artificial stuff - from NOW foods); maybe 2 scoops.

    Lunch was a PB&J-Weight Watchers 100% Whole Wheat bread (80 calories in 2 slices!), Planters Natural Peanut Butter, store branch strawberry jelly, and Snyders 100 Calorie Pack pretzels...and my stomach was still growling 15 minutes later, so I had a Weight Watchers Mini Caramel ice cream cone!
