I am eating a turkey sandwich with multigrain bread, provolone cheese, mustard, lettuce and tomato. I have roasted potatoes and water to go with it. I may get my greek yogurt as well.0

Canned Tuna (in water of course) a tsp of mayo with olive oil in it all on a sandwich thin. Strawberries & Special K cheddar Cracker Chips0

I'm eating lunch right now! A brat (Premio, so nothing in it but pork, salt, and spices), an entire sauteed red pepper, an entire sauteed green pepper, and 3 ounces of sauteed mushrooms. Topped off with a little pasta sauce and a sprinkle of mozarella. Seriously, SERIOUSLY yummy, this is one of my go-to work lunches.0

I had Yoplait vanilla and strawberry-banana yogurt and a cop of Keurig gingerbread coffee with a spot of milk and one sugar packet. I'm grading essays; bring on the coffee for my sanity!0

Lunch. Turkey Burrito! Ground turkey with onion in it. Then on a whole wheat tortilla I put homemade guacamole, pico de gallo, and romaine lettuce. SO yummy in my tummy!0

Currently enjoying my lunch: Stuffed portabella mushrooms w/summer squash & parmesan and a side of steamed broccoli.

For lunch I had a 1/4 cup of 2% cottage cheese with a 1/2 can of Trader Joe's tuna.
