how long you can wait to drink pumpkin beer?  I have southern tier pumking from last fall and wanted to know if it was still ok

    Try it. If it smells funny or tastes funky, throw it out. I've aged a few pumpkin ales for a year or so -- they were delicious.

    it might be ok. only way to tell is to drink it.
