Calories

Hi guys I have been working out and eatting healthy but I am not seeing the scale move. I am worried that I am not eatting enough calories.
Can anybody with experience on this help me out here.
I am a 33 yr old women who has been eatting 1200 calories or less a day. Trying to keep it from 100-1200 calories.


I want to master my sweet spot so my body could do the rest.

I am also exercising everyday 30-60 min.

    go here. it's an online BMR calculator. Your BMR is your basal metabolic rate which is the amount of calories you burn if you literally don't move all day.

    A pound is 3500 calories, so to lose one pound each week you need to cut 3500 cal or 500 calories each day.

    Yep hun! You ARE NOT eating ENOUGH!! :0) I just sent you a private message in response to your email to me. Use the link I sent you ....or the one posted above and you will definitely see you can eat more, feel better, have more energy, and still see the numbers go down!

    Also, remember to drink enough water!! That helps....

    If you use this method, do you still eat back exercise calories or are they considered already? This gives me 400 more calories than MFP. I usually burn 400+ calories, six days a week and eat back most of them. I haven't seen much loss over the past few weeks and I'm wondering if I should up my calories, too. I currently eat 1440 plus 150 for nursing my 11 month old, then about 75% of exercise calories (wear chest strap hrm).

    WOw Thank you ladies. IT says I am suppose to eat 2346 to lose weight. Oh my!
    How on earth do I eat that much.
    Is that with working out? I do Turbo Fire everyday and today will be starting on the tredmeal as well for 30-45 min.
    I shouldn't be adding those caloires on top right?

    I am scared to try to eat 2346 calories a day and then get fatter!

    I'm with you on this question.

    Is the 2346 before you reduce for your weekly weight loss goal or after? -500 is for 1lb, 750 for 2lbs.

    Using these calcs, after reducing 750 from maintenance for 1.5lbs per week my daily calorie goal is 1815 (2565 - 750 = 1815). That's much higher than the 1440 MFP has me at. Also, I'm doing Turbo Jam six days a week (starting Insanity in a few weeks). I did my calculations for moderately active, but I'm wondering if I should use very active since I'm sweating it out six days a week for 40+ minutes.

    So, I'm hoping someone can shed light about eating back exercise calories or if these are already considered in daily goal using these formulas.
