30 Day Shred - moving onto Level 2 and nervous

I finished the first 10 days of Level 1 and so tonight I'm suppose to move on to Level 2. And physically I feel ready. Level 1 is a challenge, but I'm following the more challenging moves instead of modifying for beginner like I did the first few days. However, I'm scared because I made the mistake of reading the negative reviews for this DVD on Amazon. Specifically a whole bunch of people who said that it ruined their knees. I'm nervous to move on because Jilian Michaels has broken me once before....I broke my foot doing her yoga DVD. I really want to complete the 30 days and finish this mini-goal, but I really don't want to get injured doing so.
