Hello there!
1st I want to say its nice to see so many people helping motivate people like me who really need the support to lose this weight that has been bringing me down. I am ready to lose this 50 lbs that i have been carrying for a few years. This is the year im going to actually drop the weight. I have a 9 year old, very active son, who could really use a mom that has more energy. Im ready for a happier and healthier life starting now!:happy:

    Today is day to start changes on your life, specially if u have a son, he will need and also love to have an energetic mom, that is also going to be healthy and around for a long time :)
