Turn a set back into a COMEBACK!
Don't give up! Whatever you didn't do today, do better tomorrow, do more tomorrow, eat less....whatever you're personal goal is. Get real with yourself and MAKE IT HAPPEN! The next three months is going to pass you by, whether your work out and/or watch what you eat or not.
Take responsibility for your own goals, make them a priority and GO FOR IT!
Think about how good you'll feel when your short term goal is achieved. Then set another goal.
The action you take NOW, will be to your benefit!
Don't look back on past mistakes or failures. Look to your healthy future. The one you've always wanted and make it REAL!
NO MORE EXCUSES!!!
