Need to up my protein!!!! (I am eating salmon tonight...yummmm) Just need to get more in during the day... gimme some good protein ideas! THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Me too! I've recently added protein powder to my smoothies and adding more shrimp and fish into my lunches and dinners. Great source of protein with fewer calories. Also, more dairy. Best wishes!0
