Dairy in your diet

Last night I watched a special on eating healthy and losing weight.

I thought I'd pass this tip on.

It was found that when you eat a lot of low-fat dairy it may help you lose weight.
Apparently when the food you eat mixes with the dairy in your stomach and moves into the intestine, it becomes a "soupy" mixture and the intestines aren't able to absorb as much calories/fat from the food...

So the show encouraged dieters to incorporate low-fat dairy into their diets.

Just a tip I thought some might like to know! I thought it was interesting!
