Focused, Active and Ready to Reach my GOALS!!

Hi, I am newish to MFP...meaning I have just started really using it properly after realizing how important it is to log everything!!
I am located in Maple Ridge, BC Canada and have a lack of friends in my area that are on the same page as me, so looking for supportive, serious people in the same mind set as me.
I am 44 yrs old (young:) with grown children, time to focus on myself and my goal of getting my body in the best shape possible by my Bday next May 2013.
I would like to lose 30 lbs of fat in the next 4 - 5 months. Gym 5 days per week, spinning classes and weight training and eating clean and lean. I started 10 days ago and have not seen a change in the scale at all...but I can feel it, and I know changes are happening:)
My husband is normally in great shape (brazillian jui jitsu Purple Belt..and instructor) but due to an injury he is "off the program" right now so it makes things hard for me!!

Oh, I am convinced you will lose what you want by your birthday. Especially if you are working out regularly.0
