Greetings, I'm new at this. This is the first time in my life that I have counted calories! As I have gotten older its harder and harder to lose and keep off weight. So now that I'm waaaaay behind and getting old and fat I need to lose the weight somehow. My wife and I have started this diet thing together so we'll see how it goes

I don't believe you are ever too old to take control of your weight. Counting calories is a pure logical way to lose weight and eating the right foods keeps you healthy while you do it. It can be a very enjoyable experience. Please feel free to visit my profile and if you need encouragement, we are all here for you. You Can Do It!
