You would have to figure exact calories by your shrimp and sauce used.

Using spray butter with garlic powder (i use parkay) pan sear 4 ounces of de-tailed shrimp (was one serving around 13 med shrimp @ 77 cal) when shrimp start to lightly tan, add 1tbsp of grated Parmesan and stir til even and lightly browned.

Add 1 serving of your choice of Alfredo sauce(or any pasta sauce) to 1 cup of boiled/drained Spaghetti Squash Noodles (I call them Squoodles) mix well. Spread your Squoodles w' sauce onto a plate and top with the shrimp and a dusting of Italian or your choice of seasoning.

This was written hastily, I am sorry I was wanting to share before I forgot.

Also Another awesome use for the "squoodles" is add a lil skim milk, spray butter, vanilla flavor (Sugar free syrup or extract), and some sweetener and microwave til got....My wife is picky and in shock, she told me it tasted like cake!
