I have a sprint triathlon in September. What in-pool swim exercises do you do to train? Any tips will be helpful. Feel free to friend me so we can encourage each other and compare "notes"
Also any tips on the biking portion will be great. I have done one sprint tri before I'm still very novice so let me know what you guys do to train.
