Ok, every single one of these types of moves kills my tail bone to where I have to put my hands under my butt to support myself. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong but I'm not sure. I feel like the curvature of my tailbone is just more pronounced maybe? No clue.

Any ideas?

Put a folded towel under that area for more padding.

My trainer has me place my hands under there when I'm doing them. So maybe it's OK?

Are you using a mat? A lot of those things are meant to be done with a mat, I think. I used to hate doing flutter kicks on asphalt..

Could it be so simple? lol

I can't believe I didn't think to do that! Thanks!

My trainer, too, and I very much trust him, so I think that's fine.
