Worst Diet Offender?

Hi All,

What is one of your worst diet offenders that you love to consume?

Mine is cheese- I love it sooo much but the problem is that many of the good ones are so high in fat (like 1 ounce of regular marble cheese is roughly 113 calories).

I know less is more but I always want more, more, more!!

Ice cream. Ugh. I LOVE it!

And pastries like danishes and chocolate filled croissants....so I just stay far away from those!

Cosign that. Mountain dew screams my name as I drive past gas stations. I say gas stations because the fountain drinks are the best! Don't even get me started on how excited I get when I go somewhere and found out that Pepsi products are carried which is pretty rare. The list consists of : KFC, IHOP, Lonestar and Taco Bell.

Yea, still working on the whole lifestyle change. I do indulge but only in moderation.

    Potato chips

I have found I can live without a lot of things but I still enjoy potato chips.
  • Recently it was potato chips, 160 calories per bag. Normally I can stop at one bag but there are those days where you want that taste in your mouth for more than 5 minutes, haha, and I'll guzzle 5 bags in one sitting.
