Sleep eater - help

My biggest problem is waking up in the night and eating. I try to eat breakfast lunch and dinner, but still wake up hungry. I can not fall back to sleep if I am hungry. I try to eat oatmeal at night to keep me full longer but it doesn't work. Any suggestions ?

    Can't see your diary so I can't really give advise from that perspective. Maybe try eating smaller meals more often throughout the day and try to stay away from sweet foods that will make you hungry?
